Ashby Trade Stand Application 2026

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR BRITISH FARM PRODUCE MARQUEE OR FOOD & BEVERAGE CONCESSION APPLICATIONS Section One - Fill in your organisation details, and upload your public liability insurance and risk assessment. Please ensure your email address is correct as your acceptance link will be emailed. Section Two - Select the stand type & size that you require. Section Three – Select any extras by clicking on the ADD button and use the drop down selection. • All trade stands booked must include room for guy ropes and vehicles, which form part of the stand. • If you require electricity, please request via the dropdown box in section 2, and add to section 3. Note there are only a few pitches where electricity can be provided and will be given on a first-come basis. Your completed application is then awaiting approval. Once approved, you will receive a link to pay for your trade stand. Payment secures your booking. (Main Ring stands must have previously been agreed and accepted) NO PETROL GENERATORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SHOWGROUND
